I grabbed a Tenicor Certum with the T1 clips for my P365xl. I heard nothing but great things about it so figured I might as well take the plunge. Holster is great. However, I hate the T1 clips. I wear scrubs quite frequently, and my normal pants material is kind of delicate, where the inside clip on the holster will start to tear it up.

I like the camber bar better on the Certum but like the split clips better on the Velo4. Velo is nice as long as it settles into to the crease of your leg/pelvis. Don’t need to tighten the belt that much.
