Don't forget you still NEED one of the new Spark of Dreams to craft gear and Wyrm gets you only upto ilvl 476. RWF teams will be doing split heroic runs and most likely farming M+ keys to fill in any remaining slots. Enchanted whelp crests are used to increase the basic crafting levelling recipes, not the spark ones. It doesn’t require a spark to make a whelpling crest 447. The equivalent last season took those same recipes to 408. Most didn’t have use for that because the ilvl jump from 10.0 to 10.1 wasn’t as large. Ah.
