Emptied its own dust bin 158 times. During the last 30 days the robot has cleaned 45,300 square feet. Most of our recent tests have had the i7+ cleaning my 2,600 sq. ft. single story home. We run the robot daily at 1:00 pm. The problem is that the Roomba's IR sensors think the dark carpet is a cliff because it isn't reflective enough in the infrared. I've had this problem for months now. I contacted Roomba customer service multiple times to ask them for a software patch to let me turn the cliff sensor off, since I have no cliffs in my place, but they refused.
