Afaik, that debuff has different effects depending on your role in group content: Tank Stance is disabled as a Tank, AoE Actions are disabled while playing a DPS job, and DPS Actions can‘t be used as a Healer. They've also announced warbands next expansion, which will effectively just let you share all progress, currencies, rep, everything across characters of your choosing, effectively still allowing alts, but letting them function like one character in progress. Dice is a healer that has been blacklisted by almost every single raider in the whole crystal DC and Rin is just a shit tier tank that streams and somehow gained a following despite being a toxic shit box. Man, I wish my awful tank play garnered me a following. Just gaslight your healer more, it seems to work for Rin.
