The relay coil rarely is problematic, so it would not likely have caused the fuse to fail. The other three, especially the back-up lights, could be involved.

Open the driver’s side window halfway by pushing down the power window switch. 4. Pull up the power window switch and close the window completely. Don't even start to budge. Seems like the motor has gone but it isn't. One time you do get it down, spray some silicon spray onto a rag and give the rubbers a wipe and the top of the window, see if that makes a difference.

If it still not working then it should be the motor relay switch or your power window motor. I had same problem too, check all wiring and there's power to the windows, send back to the agent & found that the motor relay switch died. Replacement cost was S$240+.
