I got the black brick of death (Roam just quit holding a charge). Went through diags on chat with Sonos, they agreed it was dead after about 20 minutes of chat. I’ve tried the holding of the power button for 15 seconds thing a number of times, on and off the USB and the charging base. When connected to power, Roam will display a solid orange light to indicate that it’s charging. After about 10 seconds, the light will turn off but Roam will continue to charge.
