I'm looking to complete a Chambers of Xeric raid to finish off my elite diary, but I've looked around at posts about raid CCs and everything I see is really old and outdated. Doing raids is a colossal waste of time with those states. Before I would even consider raids, you need 77 Prayer and both Rigour and Augury unlocked, and base 85s across all other combat stats. 78 herb is fine for cox. For chambers it will only be noticeably worse on head phase (and big mut). Where shadow actually wins on regular mystics (and don't need a salve!) and vespula.
