I think he means dont craft gear at your level- wait until 30 to farm mount olympus. At 55-60 you can craft the wintertusk gear, farm waterworks or house of scales/zigazag. In khrysalis you can craft the hats, they are really decent. At 100 farm darkmoor, 120/130 you can opt for Cabalist/paradox gear with the empryea key boss robe.
I crafted the Wintertusk gear and the level 60 Sentinel gear is better, imo. I actually purchased a second bundle because I didn't know the armor was Balance until after I gave the bundle to my Life wizard on my second account.
