Yes, you go noticeably faster with enhanced eager. nope. I’ve heard it does nothing for actual shatterskating but it lunges you further with a regular light attack. Not sure if this is factual but in this case if you can do the flat ground skate which requires a light attack, might push further than non enhanced.
