When worrying about your entire line-up, then try to have at least 1 persona for each of the 5 main damage types. Physical, Agi, Bufu, Garu, and Zio. Early on, Hama and Mudo aren't really necessary. But be very wary of weaknesses in your personas. One unknown weakness could spell the end.
