Lml duramax crank no start.
I have a 2011 LML, stock except for a banks cold air intake, FASS lift pump, and Sinister CAT fuel filter setup. I started the truck up this morning with no problems. Drove around for about 20 minutes then went into the hardware store. I came out, tried to start it up and it cranked for approximately a half second then stopped.

If it holds i woukd then loosen the steel line from the pump to the fuel rail and see does any metal come out of it.The truck stays running until you shut it off, then it won't start. Hoping someone has some ideas. 2015 LML with 100k miles, CP3 conversion 2 years (and 25k miles) ago. Truck is deleted & tuned. No internal mods. The CP4 was clean and good when CP3 conversion was done. The CP3 was only done as insurance. No starting issues over the past 2 years. Truck could sit outside in cold MI winter and would start right up.There is no code for crank sensor or anything like that. The only codes are: P0090, P0193, U0105, U0106. Then a couple that say stuff about class 2 data link, front wheel speed sensor, and outside temp sensor, but these only show up when i read the codes with my V2. The other ones come up on my edge CTS monitor and the v2.

Hi, My 2001 LB7 with 202k miles has suddenly started cranking for about 5-6 seconds before starting. It never took that long before. The injectors and FPR were all replaced at 100k. It does this hot or cold, or if I wait for the glow plugs or not. Mar 25, 2022 · Lml crank no start. 2015 Duramax, we just have done a def and dpf delete put all together and uploaded the efi live tune as the tuner manufacturer says to. Crank no start. It will fire a few times but the just continue turning over with the starter. The cold side intake tube just before the butterfly is wet with what smells like fuel.

3. FRP Fuel rail Pressure shows above 15000 PSI cranking (assuming rail pressure is good). 4. RPM shows about 130 RPM while cranking (assuming crank sensor is good) 5. FICM Fuel Injector Control Module wirings are in good order, no cuts or breaks and both big connectors receive ignition 12v and both have grounds.

It is the fuel that lubricates the fuel pump and also cools the pump, and when you have neither, what you get is a fule pump that doesn't work as it should. I Swapped the motor now I’m having a No Crank / No start Issue. Thought maybe bad wiring harness so I swapped harnesses, Wasn’t the issue, Doing that same thing. The starter does work!

The guys took the truck to an auction to pick up some equipment and got back to the office and it would not start. After going through it the shop mechanic has done the following: Replaced the fuel filter, Installed the Fuel filter pump rebuild kit from MA.DTC P0335 sets if there is no signal from the CKP sensor. DTC P0336 sets if the CKP sensor signal is out of range. If the CMP Sensor signal is lost while the engine is running, the engine will operate normally. If the CMP Sensor signal is not present at start-up, the engine will not start. DTC P0340 will set if there is no signal from the CMP.The LML was the biggest overhaul Duramax had done to the 6.6L diesel, using 60% new parts. It received major changes to the block, rod, pistons, emissions equipment and fueling system..
