I've been reloading the k98 for almost twenty years now. Killed my first deer with one and several sense. Found that the Hornady 150 SP over 50 grains of Varget in a neck sized only case gives me consistent 1" groups in both of my rifles. They also like the 175 grain Sierra Prohunter over the same amount of Varget.#1/14 Recently became interested in acquiring a wartime bolt rifle for collection and occasional range use. I know little about these rifles but truly enjoy my modern Mauser action variants by CZ.
