Blue Iguana is one of the most popular Mexican places in Salt Lake City. We had a reservation, but we were still made to wait for 20 mins. Apparently, the reservation just gets into the queue and does not guarantee a table. This was on a rainy Wednesday evening, so I can't imagine how bad it would be on the weekends.
