There is only one metal tag on the rear differential, top right side, not sure if its limited slip or not, the tag didn't say.Maybe the correct amount of fluid is not to the fill hole. it's hard to tell but the fluid is sitting around 3.3-3.5qts in that drain pan. everything i've ever read on diffs and t-cases is fill till it dribbles out. the linked thread claims the fluid isn't just a lubricant but also a heat sink under heavy towing loads.
