The stationary boundry is meant for sitting or standing in place with very minimal arm movement. You can just use roomscale boundry and make it roughly the same size as the stationary boundry to solve your problem. Due to the way the oculus manages it's memory the video it stores is not at a fixed framerate, but the audio runs at a fixed rate, so every time a frame is dropped it desyncs slightly more. There's no way to fix it at time of recording except to build games to never skip a beat even on loading, which isn't going to be possible in all instances.
