Quarterback can't get injured in franchise. I made my qb's injury and toughness at 2 and my injury slider at 1 and he won't get injured no matter how many times I let him get hit, on the run and sacked. In madden 19, I drafted a rookie WR in the first round with 98 speed (he was like a 79 OVR and my #2 receiver). Week 1 he has an injury and is out for 3 or 4 weeks. A few weeks go by of horrible receiver play and nobody able to get open and I decide to have him play through injury for my currently winless team.Can’t clear them, can turn off though. Seems like it would take the fun and realism away.... I play with the slider on 10 and rotate my RBs and WRs om offense with formation subs. I also have different DL and LB packages based off my defensive scheme. I also value developing players so I mix in lower level players when I'm up in the fourth.

Used to be injuries only really occurred when you played with them on the field too long and low stamina triggered possible injury scenarios.
