huds.tf is a grandious catalog of all the community-made huds that are up-to-date and work with the current TF2 version. Some of the most used huds include rayshud, budhud and toonhud. Installing them is super-easy. Unzip the zip they give you to download, and place it in your custom folder.

Go to https://huds.tf/. Click on HUDs at the top and then filter by most downloaded, or recently updated, or whatever criteria. Find a hud and download the zip file.
