Sure footed is just a rare mod drop from Bombard grineer units. So eventually you will get it if you play against grineer in a coop survival as that means more grineer spawn so slightly better chances for the drop. Dear DE, Since Kuva weapons are the most popular primary weapon selection, the need on Primed Sure Footed is increased to top. We really need a farmable solution to get it, instead of waiting for years. It's a serious frustration source for the new players, coz it's a huge game-changer mod, and we are not able to get it in the near future.

There's also the edge case where Primed Sure Footed just doesn't resist knockdowns, but that's a tiny, tiny chance. You're missing a couple of key differences, like being able to resist grabs with PSF.

Primed Vigor is rather pointless numbers since shield capacity still isn't particularly useful. Primed Shred with punchthrough is VERY loadout specific, and honestly a bit overrated. Primed Sure Footed is the only mod here that will benefit you more often than the other mods, able to be used on any frame and any loadout.
