Tractor. JD 4310,JD5420. We have a 5420 with the power reverser tranny. It is a 4 speed with A,B &C ranges. It is almost 12 years old, but only has maybe 500 hours on it. So far so good with the clutch. With this type of tranny, you can move the reverser lever from forward to reverse without depressing the clutch.

Mine is a knob you pull up and it is notoriously finicky the first time I use it, if the rear PTO has not been used in a while. I think the contacts get corrosion on them.
