I can get it to lock IF I pick up on the deck while operating the hydraulics. is there an adjustment or could something have broken? it raises fine just wont go to and latch at the top. Put the wheel on zero, open the valve, put the lower lever down, then go stand on the 3ph lift arms. Mine does this all the time and standing on the lift arms solves the problem. Since the backhoe is on, the 3pth hitch gear will not be attached, but the lift arms for the 3pth will be there. Check to make sure these lift arms are not prevented from raising by the backhoe.
