Well I am now a month into having Fios internet and Fios TV. Both were installed by a Verizon tech. The Fios TV has not worked properly since day 1. If you have an audio/video receiver, soundbar or other equipment between your set-top box and your TV, they also need to be 4K capable & connected via 4K-enabled ports; Your HDMI cable needs to support HDCP2.2; Your set-top box should be set to a Video Format of 2160p Find the reset button (a small hole) at the back of your Verizon router. Press it with a pin or a paperclip for 15 to 20 seconds. Release the pin and wait for a few minutes for the router to reset. Once the router is back to its original settings, you can set it up again, and the red globe should not appear anymore.
