I'd love to catchup and experience fresh content with players rather than try to learn and get flamed when it's reclear homework for others. Reply.At 1540, u do kay nm, clown, and brel 1-2HM + 3-xxx whatever u can, in therms of efficiency. Once u are at 1580 its best to run brel hm 1-2, then 3-xx, kay hm and akkan. I think goal really long term should be getting 1540 on your alts, in order of which one you like the most. 1500 on whoever you don't care much for.

A lot of people will just stay at 1580 all the way until Akkan anyway, you're not likely to get gatekept when everyone else is also sitting at 1580. ... just destroy nm brel 1-2/1-4. ... Yeah, a friend showed me that on average it'd cost more to hone from 1580-1600 without the soft reset than hone a 1520 to 1580. No thanks. While I could MAYBE push 1 character to 1600 day 1, I think I'll keep 1580 as the goal until after Akkan soft reset. It's equal to honing 2 characters from 1520-1580.

Most pugs are still not at the level to consistently pushing fast enough without people dying to normal patterns or good gauge management. It is 100% not worth it. G1- 1 tap. G2- 3 pulls or smh. G3-19 tries. I guess our raid had a genetic knack for the g2 lantern cuz only 1-2 person got cought in that 3 tries. Slightly under 3 hours with a small break and a feast refresh. HM G3 itself is not much harder than NM, the scythes are a joke. The only one who is actually having a tougher time is the janitor. But despite Akkan being out for what, 2 months now, people still struggle with basic pattern recognition and damage dealing. There is a reason why Korean pugs tend to require a +17 akkan weapon for HM.
