TX22 has cheaper mags. The P322 does not feel cheap like the TX22. The P322 has nicer factory sights. The base model TX22 is not optics ready. You have to get the TX22 competition model or compact model if you want to put a dot on it. The P322 is optics ready. The Ruger won't run anything but CCI and the Walther will shoot anything but CCI! Taurus TX22 chugs them all and runs flawlessly. The only Taurus worth owning.But right now, a MK IV Lite like this one is typically priced around $500. The TX22 Competition is usually about $100 less than that.
