The fuel strainer on the Rubicon & 350 Rancher is on the fuel pipe inside the fuel tank .. To clean/check it you have to remove the 2 bolts holding the petcock on the bottom of the fuel tank .. I even brought it to the honda shop and they replaced the needle valve and it still leaks. I also changed the fuel valve that turns the gas on, off and reserve.
