He’s an AoE Arts Berserker with good loopage and damage, the potential for strong ramp in CQs, and easy crit access, but in exchange he has no survival tools, he has no useful utility, he has no instant battery, and he’s both debuff and RNG-reliant. Kiyo may be a disappointing pull for most people pulling on Tamalancer’s banner, but she’s not really all that far below her 5* friend. She’s a solid, straightforward Buster servant who needs a little help to stay alive but is aside from that mostly self-sufficient.
