So my steps were below. Get standalone version of RetroArch. Download PCSX2 core with it. Install the PCSX2 core in the cores folder of the steam version. Get PCSX2. Get PS2 Bios. Install the portable version within the systems folder. put the bios in the pcsx2 install directory (Which is in the steam version systems folder)Disadvantage is, that you have to run Steam before running RetroArch, if you install the Steam version.
