Unpopular Opinion: GT7 is bad. GT7. UPDATE! After many frustrating races, I decided to start playing with TCS set to 1. FIXED! The car has a tolerable slip angle and still tends to understand, but it is much more manageable and feels more realistic. The lack of feeling in the wheel still sucks, but at least I can drive cars now.
GT4*, easy to confuse the two. I completely and totally agree though, I started with Gran Turismo 2 and was hooked from the start as a kid. The concept of starting off with a cheap, shitty car and actually being able to build your funds, customize it extensively, and even turn a trashy car into a well-tuned sleeper.Change your tires accordingly. Rain tires, weight and downforce are your friends. Using a wheel and pedals makes it a lot easier to control throttle and braking in the rain. I can't help but feel like this is a troll post, but I'll play nice. Racing soft tires have maximum grip on dry pavement but almost none on wet. Use wet tires. It is grindy and always will be, but if you enjoy tuning and trying out different cars, there are lots of ways to make your own fun. There are still only 4 big-payout races (over 400k) but there are also plenty of smaller races that pay 100-200k as well. Just beware that there are legendary cars that cost 20 million. My biggest gripe, and one that I haven't seen mentioned in any review, is the track/car content. There's just a handful of new tracks, all returns from previous GT games. And the car list is underwhelming with regards to newer models. Only 1 Mercedes newer than 2017, the newest production BMW is the M4 from 2014.

As others have said, from what I've read PSVR generations are not "interchangeable": though you can use a PSVR 1 set on PS5 via their adapter, a PSVR 1 game won't work with PSVR 2 and a PSVR 2 game won't work with PSVR 1.
