Kren and Antandra are much more important +30 9/9 heroes if you want use your swap scroll on your maxed Safiya. Grezhul, Oden, Silas and Desira are also great options. Solise is a staple of almost every gameplay mode in the game and is a god at boss content like Twisted Realm, AE, etc. She does really well in multi-round formats as well and is involved in every CR round, Temporal Rift, etc.

Fawkes is less useful than Lucius and he can work at lower ascensions. ivan ideal investment is at 303, the 9 furn is his MAX onenaroko is 300 at his ideal and his 9 furn is his Max too. so out of the 2 ivan for sure as he'll benefit more from it and is more meta relevant, but remember to SI30 it.
