Lemnia (Hungarian: Lemhény, Hungarian pronunciation: [ˈlɛmheːɲ]) is a commune in Covasna County, Transylvania, Romania. The commune is composed of a single village, Lemnia. It also included two other villages until 2004, when they were split off to form Mereni Commune.
